Cinnamon Swirl French Toast

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teas. salt
6 thick slices of cinnamon swirl bread
1 1/2 teas. vanilla extract

Beat eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla. Dip Cinnamon Swirl Bread into this mixture. Cook on a greased griddle. Serve with maple syrup, jelly, or honey.


Blue Ridge Mt. Herb Spinach Dip

1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix (dry)
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, drained
1 can water chestnuts, chopped coarsely
1 loaf Blue Ridge Mountain Herb

Mix soup with sour cream. Add spinach and water chestnuts. Chill overnight. Hollow out a loaf of Mt. Herb saving the insides for dipping! Serve the spinach dip in the bread bowl.
